Refunds
- An order is eligible for return within 2 days from the date of delivery.
- Orders with custom tailoring, including fall & edging services, are non-returnable and non-cancellable.
- Customers are welcome to request a return under these conditions:

- Customer has to raise a return request by sending an email to sriaryasilks@gmail.com or Call – +91 9962007983 with the order details & the return reason. Incase of damaged / incorrect item a photograph of the product, the price tag & the packing cover which got delivered is mandatory.
- Our support team will review your return request and approve it shortly.
- After your return is approved, please pack and ship the item to the address provided below. Sri Arya Silks, 58/45, Thambiah Road, West Mambalam, Chennai - 600033.
- Please ensure the products are returned in their original, unused condition with the price tag attached and the saree folding intact.
- All replacement can be done once we receive original product from the customer with original condition. If any damages found while return, it will be charged additionally or tallied with replacement product value.
- All the refunds will be credited to the same payment mode through which the order was paid. The refund might take 5 to 7 working days to credit from the date of initiation.
No replacement or refund for international orders.
