If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

Please make sure that the original product tag and get the manifest signed by courier boy and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
If received wrong product, customer must be informed us within 24 hrs time along with product picture in order to send initiate a replacement.
The replacement of the product is subject to availability at the time of replacement. We can either request to select other products in website with same price range in case of non availability of the same product.
All replacement can be done once we receive original product from the customer with original condition. If any damages found while return, it will be charged additionally or tallied with replacement product value.
